Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote HR Generalist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Germany while contributing to a global fintech pioneer. As a Remote HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and managers across various HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment aligned with N26’s innovative culture. You will be an integral part of our People team, helping to shape the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, and driving key HR initiatives in a fully remote setup.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new remote employees.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with German labor laws and remote work best practices.
  • Manage employee data and HR records accurately within the HRIS system.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms for a remote team.
  • Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive remote work culture.
  • Coordinate and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and departments on HR-related programs and initiatives.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work model.
  • Knowledge of German labor law is a strong advantage.
  • Experience within the FinTech or Technology industry.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
