Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wedding Planning Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury wedding planning industry, with a specific focus on the burgeoning expat market in Austria. The successful candidate will assist our senior planners in all aspects of wedding coordination, from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up. This role is perfect for someone passionate about events, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has a keen interest in working with diverse international clientele.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Assist senior wedding planners in client consultations, understanding their vision and specific needs, especially for expat couples.
  • Conduct research for venues, vendors (photographers, caterers, florists, musicians), and unique cultural elements relevant to international clients.
  • Support in the creation and management of wedding timelines, budgets, and detailed event schedules.
  • Help with administrative tasks including maintaining client files, drafting contracts, and managing correspondence.
  • Participate in site visits, vendor meetings, and event rehearsals, providing on-site assistance as required.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts targeted at the expat community, including content creation for social media and website.
  • Provide support during the wedding day itself, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving any on-the-spot issues.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest wedding trends, cultural sensitivities, and legal requirements for international marriages in Austria.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
