Are you a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for social media? Dentsu International is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Linz. This is an excellent opportunity for an English-speaking individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, contribute to real client projects, and learn from industry experts. You’ll support our social media team in developing and executing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, image, and video, tailored for different social media channels.
• Schedule and publish posts, stories, and other content using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Support in analyzing social media performance data and generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Research industry-related topics and stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure brand consistency.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience (even personal) managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
