We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Creative Director to lead our International Team in Munich. This role demands a dynamic leader who can inspire and guide creative talent across diverse cultures, delivering groundbreaking campaigns and digital experiences for our global clientele. You will be responsible for defining and elevating the creative vision, ensuring conceptual excellence, and driving innovation across all projects. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and champion the overall creative vision and strategy for international client projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept generation to final execution, maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
- Present compelling creative concepts and rationale to clients, building strong relationships and securing buy-in for strategic directions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, technology, and client services teams to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging creative trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all international campaigns and touchpoints.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a creative leadership role, with at least 3 years as a Creative Director.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of award-winning work across digital, branding, and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop large, multidisciplinary creative teams, especially in an international context.
- Profound understanding of brand strategy, user experience (UX) principles, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency with industry-standard creative software and tools.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working with global brands and navigating complex international market dynamics.
- Fluency in German or another major European language.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing creative AI solutions.
