We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Garlic Farm Helpers to join our team for the upcoming planting season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about agriculture, eager to learn, and willing to work outdoors in a dynamic farm environment. As a Garlic Farm Helper, you will be crucial in ensuring the successful establishment of our garlic crops, contributing directly to the quality and yield of our harvest. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with soil preparation, including tilling, amending, and bed formation.
• Participate in the manual planting of garlic cloves according to specific patterns and depths.
• Support irrigation efforts, ensuring proper water distribution to newly planted areas.
• Perform weeding and pest control tasks as directed, maintaining plant health.
• Help with general farm maintenance, including cleaning tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily planting targets.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
