Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Psychology Intern to join our remote research team. This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring psychologist or researcher to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge digital mental health research. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize research findings on various psychological topics related to digital health interventions.
• Support the design, implementation, and execution of remote psychological studies, including survey creation and participant recruitment.
• Collect, organize, and manage research data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Perform preliminary data analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and interpret findings under supervision.
• Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and scientific publications.
• Participate actively in virtual team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical research practices, data privacy regulations, and confidentiality protocols.
• Provide administrative support to the research team as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a closely related field.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential for effective research communication and documentation.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, experimental design, and basic statistical principles.
• Proficiency in using online research tools, databases (e.g., PubMed, PsycINFO), and reference management software.
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) or a strong willingness to learn and apply.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a research assistant role, academic research project, or laboratory setting.
• Experience with qualitative research methods, data collection, and analysis.
• Familiarity with digital mental health platforms, apps, or interventions.
• Knowledge of German is a plus but not required for this English-speaking role.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python for data manipulation).
