Join Dehner Garten-Center as a Tree Nursery Worker in Favoriten, Vienna! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the growth and maintenance of our diverse tree stock. No prior experience is necessary, and importantly, no German language skills are required for this role – English is sufficient for communication within our team. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Watering and fertilizing young trees and plants according to schedules.
• Assisting with planting, transplanting, and potting of various tree species.
• Preparing soil mixes and maintaining optimal growing conditions.
• Pruning and shaping trees to promote healthy growth and desired forms.
• Monitoring plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies and reporting observations.
• Weeding and general maintenance of nursery beds and growing areas.
• Operating basic nursery equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading plant materials and supplies.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals.
