We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Product Owner to join our dynamic English Team. In this crucial role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving the development of cutting-edge financial products. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating product requirements, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and delivering exceptional value to our users.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business units, design, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features are aligned with business goals and customer value.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding product-related questions and decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product iterations.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of product updates, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and contribute to product launch activities.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
- Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
