Agrana is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Tabasco Pepper Laborer to join our processing team in Graz. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable full-time employment within a large, respected food production company. The primary focus of this role will be on the careful handling, sorting, and preparation of Tabasco peppers for various processing stages. The ability to understand and communicate effectively in English is essential for safety, training, and team collaboration. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually sort and inspect incoming Tabasco peppers for quality and ripeness.
• Wash and prepare peppers according to established processing guidelines.
• Transport peppers within the facility using carts or other equipment.
• Assist in feeding peppers into processing machinery.
• Monitor processing lines for blockages or issues, reporting promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
