We are seeking a diligent and motivated Paper Mill Assistant to join our team in Geneva. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the paper manufacturing industry. No prior knowledge of German is required; proficiency in English or French is sufficient. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are maintained. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the smooth running of our paper mill.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist machine operators in setting up and running paper production lines.
• Monitor machinery and equipment for operational issues, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Perform quality checks on paper products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Help with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Support inventory management by tracking material usage and stock levels.
• Participate in routine maintenance tasks and equipment inspections.
• Learn and apply best practices for efficient and safe paper manufacturing processes.
