We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote HR Generalist to join our innovative start-up team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employees across various HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and contribute to developing HR policies and programs that align with our company culture and rapid growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the HR landscape of a fast-growing FinTech company.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding for remote employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate HR-related training and development initiatives.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive remote work culture.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and legal requirements, particularly in a remote, international context.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a start-up or technology company.
- Familiarity with European labor laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting a remote-first workforce.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
