Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in Vienna. You will be responsible for guiding members through their fitness journey, designing personalized training programs, conducting one-on-one and small group sessions, and leading engaging group fitness classes. A strong command of English is essential, as you will be working with a diverse, international clientele. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about health and fitness, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their best.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members.
• Design and implement safe, effective, and personalized exercise programs based on client goals and health status.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions and small group training sessions.
• Lead engaging and motivating group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, strength, flexibility, cardio).
• Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitness environment.
• Actively promote Holmes Place services and programs to members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new fitness modalities, and relevant certifications.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Certified Personal Trainer (recognized certification such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing individual and group exercise programs.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Additional certifications in specialized fitness areas (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, Nutrition Coaching).
• Experience with diverse client populations and varying fitness levels.
• Proficiency in German or other European languages.
