We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Hybrid Algorithmic Bias Auditor to join our Responsible AI team in Frankfurt. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the fairness, transparency, and ethical integrity of AI systems developed and deployed across our client portfolio. You will conduct rigorous audits of algorithms, identify potential biases, and work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement effective mitigation strategies. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct comprehensive audits of AI models and algorithms to identify and quantify potential biases related to data, design, and deployment.
• Develop and implement robust methodologies, tools, and frameworks for algorithmic bias detection and mitigation.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate ethical considerations and bias testing throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, outlining findings, risks, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, regulations, and best practices in responsible AI, fairness, accountability, and transparency.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance related to AI ethics and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, upcoming AI regulations).
• Contribute to the development of training materials and workshops on ethical AI and bias awareness.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of responsible AI.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
• Strong understanding of various types of algorithmic bias (e.g., sampling bias, measurement bias, algorithmic bias) and their impact.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks, principles, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Ethics, or a related quantitative field.
