We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Vienna. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations as we continue our rapid international expansion. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing operational workflows, and supporting various departments to achieve our strategic goals. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee daily operational workflows across various departments, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage and improve vendor relationships and third-party service agreements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects focused on operational improvements.
• Collaborate with product, tech, compliance, and customer success teams to align operational strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a tech or fintech start-up.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with operational software and tools.
