Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Support customer inquiries and provide initial technical information or direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and sales process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales support processes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Communications).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn about enterprise software solutions and sales processes.
