We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Digital Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Strategy to join our dynamic team in Biebrich, Wiesbaden. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through complex digital transformations, helping them define and execute robust IT strategies that align with their business objectives. You will work with leading enterprises, leveraging your expertise to design innovative technology roadmaps, optimize IT landscapes, and drive sustainable growth. This hybrid position offers a blend of on-site client engagement, collaborative office work, and flexible remote options, providing a diverse and engaging work environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, from vision to execution, for a diverse client portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive IT strategy roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and technology innovation plans.
• Advise clients on best practices for cloud adoption, data analytics, AI integration, and other emerging digital technologies.
• Conduct strategic workshops, stakeholder interviews, and capability assessments to identify key challenges and opportunities.
• Perform in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to inform strategic recommendations.
• Manage project teams, deliverables, and client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT strategy consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, IoT, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrable proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills are essential.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience working with clients in specific industry sectors such as Automotive, Financial Services, Public Sector, or Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and agile transformation methodologies.
