We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Product Manager to join our innovative Tech Product team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Germany. As a Remote Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering cutting-edge technology products that address critical business challenges and drive market innovation. You will own the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and adoption. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of software product development and a passion for creating impactful solutions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key tech product area, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.
• Collaborate closely with agile development teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, support, and executive leadership, to gather input and communicate product updates.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on product strategy, roadmap, and performance to various audiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management for software or technology products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product features through the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights.
• Proficiency in creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Technical aptitude to understand complex software systems and integrate technical feedback into product strategy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise software or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.

• Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO).
