Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding client needs and preferences to offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Actively engage with clients on the sales floor, building rapport and cultivating long-term relationships to foster client loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Gucci products, collections, brand history, and current fashion trends.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, contributing to an inviting and luxurious boutique atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring products are properly displayed and secured.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Participate in store events, clienteling activities, and product training sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and operational guidelines.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fashion or high-end goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer service principles and clienteling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
• A strong sense of personal style and passion for the luxury fashion industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
