Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CFO (Chief Financial Officer) – Finance Executive to lead our financial operations and guide our company’s fiscal future. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making. This role demands exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of complex financial systems, and a proven track record of driving financial performance in a dynamic environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and investor relations.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal financial health and resource allocation.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to the Board of Directors, executive team, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage financial risks and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial implications of long-range plans, new business ventures, and strategic investments.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and corporate governance requirements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a large-scale, international organization
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of financial accounting (IFRS), corporate finance, and fiscal management principles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional financial qualification
• Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or petrochemical industry
• International experience and familiarity with diverse regulatory environments
• Proficiency in German is a strong asset
