Join our dedicated agricultural team as a Chili Pepper Picker! We are seeking diligent and enthusiastic individuals to harvest chili peppers on our farms near Wiener Neustadt. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and careful collection of our produce, contributing directly to the quality of our food products. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a good work ethic, and are ready for a physically active role, we encourage you to apply. English speakers are welcome!
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Hand-picking ripe chili peppers with care to prevent damage to the plant and fruit.
- Inspecting peppers for quality, ensuring only the best produce is harvested.
- Placing harvested peppers into designated containers.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following supervisor instructions regarding picking techniques and safety protocols.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, sun).
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
