We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Coriander Harvest Workers to join our team for the upcoming season in Bamberg, Germany. This is a temporary, on-site position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role in agriculture. No prior German language skills are required, as our supervisory team provides instructions in English. You will be an integral part of our harvest operations, ensuring the timely and careful collection of our coriander crop.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of coriander plants, ensuring quality and minimizing damage.
• Sort and pack harvested coriander according to company standards and specifications.
• Assist with field preparation and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve daily harvest targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
