Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a proactive and skilled English Speaking Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team in Dübendorf. This hybrid role involves working both from our modern office and remotely, focusing on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top-tier candidates across various industries and functions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and tools to find the best talent.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, etc.).
  • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and engagement with potential candidates to assess interest and qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidates and manage sourcing activities.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent sourcing.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by effectively communicating Adecco's values and opportunities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Proven ability to use various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray searching).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Experience sourcing for a variety of roles within a global company or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, French).
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
