We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic international events team. This role is crucial for the successful execution of a wide range of global events, from large-scale conferences to exclusive corporate gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end event planning, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand standards and client expectations.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the full lifecycle of international events, including conceptualization, planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, timelines, and logistical plans.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues globally, ensuring best value and quality.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including travel, accommodation, catering, audio-visual, and transportation for attendees and speakers.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless event promotion and delivery.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and swift resolution of any issues.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, accessibility standards, and company policies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, with a focus on international events.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients globally.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make quick, effective decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Spanish).

- Familiarity with European and international event regulations and cultural nuances.
