We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight Booker to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to one of the world’s leading airlines. As a Flight Booker, you will be responsible for assisting customers with flight reservations, modifications, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and pleasant booking experience. You will utilize various booking systems to find the best routes and fares, provide accurate information, and resolve any travel-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong customer service orientation, and a meticulous approach to their work. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about travel and customer service to grow within the aviation industry.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage flight bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and special requests for customers via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and internal booking platforms efficiently to secure optimal flight arrangements.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Process payments and issue tickets, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and bookings in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about current promotions, travel restrictions, and airline policies to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth travel operations.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
