We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Founders Associate to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. You will play a crucial part in supporting strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and contributing to market research and business development efforts. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the start-up and venture capital world.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support the leadership team and portfolio companies on strategic projects and operational improvements.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.
• Assist with financial modeling, business planning, and preparation of investor materials.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Drive internal projects to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Participate in the due diligence process for potential investments.
• Contribute to the hiring and onboarding processes for new ventures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interest in the startup ecosystem, technology, or venture capital.
