We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Housekeeping / Room Attendant. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, making it an ideal opportunity for those new to the hospitality industry or looking for a career change. As a vital member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to our guests‘ satisfaction and overall hotel reputation. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Change linen and make beds daily, replenishing towels and amenities as required.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and floors.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken items immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist guests with inquiries or requests when necessary, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
