Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hybrid Brand Identity Designer to join our creative team in Neuchâtel. This role is crucial for maintaining and evolving the visual identity of our luxury brands across various touchpoints, both digital and physical. You will be instrumental in translating brand strategy into compelling visual narratives, ensuring consistency and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand guidelines, logo design, typography, color theory, and digital asset creation. As an English Native speaker, you will also play a key role in ensuring all brand messaging is culturally appropriate and impactful for our global audience.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and refine brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Design and execute visual assets for digital channels (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print collateral (brochures, packaging, event materials).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality and creativity of our brand assets.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual communications align with the overarching brand strategy and luxury aesthetic.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to foster a culture of innovation within the team.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
- Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Demonstrable experience in designing for both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (native level required).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects and diverse design styles.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience within the luxury goods, fashion, or high-end retail sectors.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in brand design.
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly French or German, is a plus.
