Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Hardware Development Engineer to join our innovative team in Vienna. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and testing of advanced hardware components for our next-generation semiconductor products. You will work within a dynamic environment, contributing to all phases of the hardware development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in our Vienna office, fostering collaboration and direct interaction with your team.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for high-performance semiconductor devices.
- Perform detailed circuit simulations, analysis, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, firmware, and layout engineers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware validation and characterization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve hardware issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and processes.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design.
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsis, or similar.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and device operation.
- Experience with PCB design and layout principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation.
- Experience in automotive or industrial electronics.
