We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hybrid Supply Chain Planner to join our Logistics HQ in Lüneburg. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient material flow, and enhancing delivery performance. This position offers a hybrid work model, blending on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence within a global logistics leader.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Forecast demand and supply, identifying potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
• Analyze supply chain performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods.
• Utilize advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis) to create and maintain robust planning models.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner or similar role in a logistics-intensive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating strong self-management and teamwork.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Experience with international logistics and global supply chain networks.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reductions.
