Are you passionate about education, technology, and creating engaging learning experiences? Join Microsoft Austria as an E-learning Development Intern! This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative e-learning modules. You will work closely with our Learning & Development team to transform complex information into interactive, accessible, and effective online courses. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, particularly those with a strong command of English and an interest in instructional design. You will play a vital role in enhancing our internal training programs and potentially external educational content, ensuring a seamless and enriching learning journey for our diverse audience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the instructional design and storyboarding of e-learning content, focusing on clarity, engagement, and learning objectives.
• Develop and edit multimedia elements including graphics, audio, and video for integration into e-learning modules.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and visually appealing courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing of e-learning modules across various platforms and devices.
• Contribute to the maintenance and updates of existing e-learning materials.
• Research and recommend new e-learning technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Support the deployment and administration of e-learning content on our Learning Management System (LMS).

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Basic experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360) or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
