We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly discreet Private Chef to manage all culinary aspects for a high-end private residence located in Bayreuth. The ideal candidate will possess a profound passion for culinary arts, a sophisticated palate, and the ability to consistently deliver five-star dining experiences tailored to the principal’s preferences and dietary requirements. This role demands creativity, meticulous organization, and an unwavering commitment to quality and service. You will be responsible for all daily meal preparations, special events, and kitchen management, ensuring a pristine and efficient culinary environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Plan and create diverse menus for daily meals, special occasions, and private events, incorporating fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients.
• Prepare and cook exquisite dishes, catering to specific dietary restrictions, allergies, and nutritional preferences.
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, provisioning, and maintaining a spotless and organized workspace.
• Procure ingredients from premium local suppliers, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Oversee food budget and track expenses diligently.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Adapt menus and preparations spontaneously to accommodate last-minute changes or guest requests.
• Travel with the principal as required for various events or residences.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure a cohesive and harmonious environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Private Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end private residence, yacht, or luxury restaurant.
• Exceptional culinary skills across various cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean).
• Expertise in accommodating diverse dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, paleo, kosher).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a kitchen independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a discreet and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
