We are seeking a dynamic and creative Radio Presenter / Podcaster to join our vibrant media production team. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Host live radio programs, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging listener interaction.
• Develop, script, and produce compelling podcast episodes from concept to final edit.
• Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and public figures with professionalism and insight.
• Curate and select appropriate music, sound effects, and audio clips to enhance programming.
• Research and develop content ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with RTS's editorial guidelines.
• Engage with listeners through social media, call-ins, and other interactive platforms.
• Collaborate with producers, sound engineers, and fellow presenters to ensure high-quality broadcast and podcast production.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current affairs, cultural trends, and audience interests.
• Participate in promotional activities and public appearances as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in radio presenting or podcasting.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to live broadcast environments.
• Excellent research and interviewing techniques.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
