As a Remote Outbound Sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how HubSpot’s comprehensive suite of tools can help them achieve their goals. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to our success. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through thorough research and needs analysis.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Articulate the value proposition of HubSpot's products and services effectively.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM software, ideally HubSpot, for managing leads and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Fluency in English is essential for internal and external communications.

- Previous experience (1+ years) in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar outbound telemarketing role.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft or Outreach.

- A foundational understanding of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry and B2B sales cycles.
- Fluency in German is a strong asset for engaging with the local market.
