Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our academic research team. This is a fully remote position, perfect for current students or recent graduates with a strong interest in academic research and excellent English language skills. The intern will support our consultants and research specialists by conducting comprehensive literature reviews, data gathering, and analysis on various topics relevant to our clients‘ industries and strategic initiatives. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading global consulting firm and contribute to impactful projects.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct in-depth literature reviews and academic research using various online databases, journals, and publications.
• Synthesize complex information and present findings clearly and concisely in English.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support research projects.
• Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Verify the accuracy and reliability of information from diverse sources.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones in a remote environment.
• Manage multiple research tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Proven ability to conduct thorough academic research using various sources.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Humanities, Economics, Business, International Relations).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a research-oriented role or academic project.
• Familiarity with academic research tools and citation management software (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley).
• Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Fluency in German or another European language is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new topics and research areas.
