We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team in Reutlingen. No prior German language skills are required for this role, making it ideal for international candidates or those looking to expand their career in Germany without a language barrier. You will play a key role in daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales advisors, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven leadership abilities and a strong understanding of retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer literacy.
