Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join our team as Strawberry Pickers for the upcoming harvest season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for temporary employment. Previous experience is not required, and we warmly welcome applicants who primarily speak English. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the careful harvesting of our delicious organic strawberries.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Carefully pick ripe strawberries according to quality standards.
- Sort and pack strawberries directly into containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
- Adhere to all farm safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with the team.
- Report any plant health issues or concerns to supervisors.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to bend, stoop, and lift light loads for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of English for team communication.
