We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead – Software Development to join our dynamic team in Magdeburg. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented software engineers, guiding them through the full software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern software architecture and development best practices.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive the technical design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and features.
• Ensure the architectural integrity, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to current and future projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate).
