Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Werkstudent (Student Worker) to join our E-Commerce Fulfillment team in Marburg. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce logistics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction. No prior German language skills are required for this role, as our team operates in an international environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
• Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and stocking products.
• Performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
• Operating basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) if necessary (training provided).

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Currently enrolled as a student at a recognized university or college.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg.
• Basic computer literacy.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment (internships or part-time jobs count).
• Enrollment in a relevant field of study such as Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not required.
