Are you a proactive and ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in test engineering? Siemens Austria offers an exciting internship opportunity for a Test Engineering Intern. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about quality assurance, eager to learn about sophisticated testing methodologies, and comfortable working in an international environment where English is key. You will work alongside experienced engineers, supporting the development and execution of test plans for cutting-edge products and solutions in our Vorchdorf facility.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for hardware and software components.
• Perform manual and automated tests, record results, and identify potential defects.
• Support in debugging issues and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
• Document test procedures, results, and bug reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with test automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
