We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our agricultural team as Spinach Harvesters. This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, contribute directly to the food supply chain, and gain valuable experience in agricultural practices. No prior German language skills are required, making this an accessible role for international applicants or those new to the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for the manual harvesting of spinach, ensuring quality, and contributing to a productive and efficient farm operation. Physical stamina and a willingness to work in various weather conditions are essential for this role.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually harvest spinach efficiently and carefully, ensuring minimal damage to crops.
• Perform quality checks on harvested spinach to meet company standards.
• Assist with the packing and preparation of harvested spinach for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the field.
• Operate basic farm equipment safely, if required.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and agricultural best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
