Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and passionate Remote UX Designer to join our dynamic Digital Experience team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge enterprise applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-centric designs. This role requires a strong understanding of user research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles, all while advocating for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.
• Ensure design consistency across product lines by adhering to and evolving design systems.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in UX design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing for enterprise software or complex data-rich applications.
