We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Sage Field Laborers to join our agricultural team in Brunn am Gebirge. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to work outdoors, learn about sustainable agricultural practices, and contribute to the cultivation and harvesting of sage. English speakers are especially welcome! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our sage fields, supporting various stages from planting to harvest.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Performing manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting sage plants.
• Assisting with irrigation systems and ensuring proper water management.
• Monitoring plant health and reporting any signs of pests or diseases.
• Operating basic hand tools and small machinery safely.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the field and surrounding areas.
• Following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals.
