Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Efficiently pack confectionery products according to company standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging, ensuring only high-quality items proceed.
• Operate basic packing machinery and equipment after receiving appropriate training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the team leader or supervisor.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 kg.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, or production environment is a plus, but not required.
