Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Product Owner to join our English-speaking product development team. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the customer, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our software products. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and users to ensure our solutions meet market needs and drive business value. This role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional products.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile development teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (customers, sales, marketing, support) and the development team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve the user experience.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments that align with the overall product vision.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile software development environment.
• Proven ability to define and prioritize product backlogs and create clear user stories.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Jira or similar agile project management tools.
• Background in electrical engineering, power systems, or related technical fields.
• Experience with B2B software products.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
