We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Fishing Lure Painter to join our dedicated production team in Rüti, Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity for an artist with a keen eye for detail and a steady hand to bring our world-renowned fishing lures to life. As a Fishing Lure Painter, you will be responsible for applying intricate paint designs to our diverse range of lures, ensuring each product meets our exacting quality standards and visual appeal. Crucially, proficiency in German is NOT a requirement for this role; we welcome applications from talented individuals globally who can communicate effectively in English and possess the artistic skills we need.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Apply detailed and precise paint finishes to fishing lures using various techniques including airbrushing and hand-painting.
• Follow specific design patterns, color schemes, and quality control guidelines for each lure model.
• Prepare lures for painting, including cleaning and priming surfaces.
• Mix and match colors accurately to achieve desired shades and effects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished lures for defects and ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Assist with inventory management of paints, brushes, and other painting supplies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in fine detailed painting, airbrushing, or similar artistic fields.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a steady hand.
• Strong color perception and ability to mix colors accurately.
• Ability to work meticulously on small components.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic safety procedures for handling paints and equipment.
