Join Linde’s dynamic team in Konstanz as a Dry Ice Press Assistant. In this vital on-site role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of dry ice pressing machinery, ensuring high-quality product output. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a strong work ethic. You will work within a supportive team environment, contributing directly to our production goals. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor dry ice pressing machines according to safety guidelines and production schedules.
• Perform regular quality checks on dry ice products to ensure they meet specified standards for size, density, and purity.
• Load raw materials (CO2 snow) into presses and unload finished dry ice blocks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance of machinery and work areas to ensure operational readiness.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Assist with packaging and palletizing dry ice products for storage and shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for communication and understanding instructions.
• Ability to follow complex instructions accurately and meticulously.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to all company protocols.
• Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment, particularly with machinery operation.
• Familiarity with dry ice production processes or working with cryogenic materials.
• Forklift operator certification is a significant advantage.
