We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Event Setup Crew for temporary and weekend positions at Messe Stuttgart. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and professional execution of various events, from trade shows to concerts. If you’re physically fit, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are available on weekends, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and gain experience in the events industry.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of event materials, furniture, and equipment.
• Set up and dismantle event infrastructure, including stages, booths, seating arrangements, and signage.
• Follow precise layout plans and instructions to ensure accurate event setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during setup and teardown.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while handling equipment and materials.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, event organizers, and other staff.
• Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, especially on weekends.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols.

• Previous experience in event setup, warehousing, or manual labor.
• Ability to interpret basic floor plans or setup diagrams.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
