We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our global logistics team in La Tour-de-Peilz. This critical role involves overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring efficient flow of goods globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international logistics, a proven ability to manage complex supply chain networks, and excellent leadership skills. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, managing supplier relationships, and implementing strategies that enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and optimize global supply chain strategies and processes.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, operations) to ensure alignment and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance supply chain visibility, predictability, and responsiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or global logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in international freight (sea, air, road), customs procedures, and warehousing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for global communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
