Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Twitch Streamer Assistant to support our English-speaking content creators. This 100% remote role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, enabling streamers to focus on their creative content. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, audience engagement, social media presence, and technical backend aspects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live streaming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage and maintain streamer schedules, including live broadcast times and content calendars.
• Monitor live chat during streams to engage with the community, filter spam, and enforce channel rules.
• Assist with social media management, including creating posts, scheduling content, and interacting with followers.
• Coordinate with third-party partners for sponsorships, collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Prepare stream assets, overlays, and graphics in collaboration with graphic designers.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for streaming software and hardware issues.
• Compile and analyze stream performance data and audience metrics.
• Research new trends, games, and content ideas to suggest to streamers.
• Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing files.
• Support merchandise management and order fulfillment, if applicable.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a native or near-native level.
• Demonstrable experience with Twitch platform features and functionality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Instagram, TikTok).
• Basic technical understanding of OBS Studio, Streamlabs OBS, or similar streaming software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
