Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Warmly greet and check-in VIP guests, managing all aspects of their lounge experience.
• Provide personalized assistance, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain the immaculate presentation and ambiance of the VIP Lounge, ensuring comfort and luxury.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with grace and efficiency, striving for immediate resolution.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Concierge) to ensure a holistic VIP experience.
• Manage lounge inventory, including beverages, snacks, and reading materials, ensuring consistent availability.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and service standards, upholding the Fairmont brand reputation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (mandatory for Lausanne).
• Proven experience in a high-end customer service or hospitality role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an asset.
